ESCORT Web Track (EWT) is a database driven Internet based Cold Chain Management system designed to give its users maximum track and trace capabilities when shipping temperature sensitive goods and materials, effortless and meaningful data management capabilities and greater control over their cold chain on a global scale.

The sole purpose of EWT is to provide users with a more Comprehensive Cold Chain Management System, which ensures that their documentation and compliance systems are more efficient and effective.

The EWT website can be configured to contain all data relevant to both the Shipper and Receiver of products. EWT communicates directly with ESCORT data loggers via an ActiveX plug-in which is automatically installed on a user’s computer when they first attempt to program or download an ESCORT logger. User access to the EWT is secure and is password controlled.

All files created, transferred and modified via EWT are automatically signed with a digital signature. The digital signatures system used in EWT utilises 128 bit SSL encryption. In addition users have the ability to create multiple digital signature meanings and assign these meanings to individual users for manual signing of files.

The system is hosted by a Microsoft Gold certified company on secure servers. Access to the EWT service is 99% guaranteed and technical support is available 365 days of the year.
